A Committee is hereby constituted with the following members to monitor and look after the day to day needs of differently—abled students of MBB University:

The Committee will monitor and assure the followings:
- Adaptation and implementation of the Provision of Section 32 of the Rights of Person with Disabilities Act, 2016 in MBB University while dealing with the issue of reservation of seats in admission of students in each course and notifying the compliance each year to UGC.
- Adaptation and implementation of Harmonized Guidelines and Space Standards for Barrier Free Built Environment for Persons with Disability and Elderly Persons developed in February, 2016 by Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India which has been notified by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment as accessibility standards for public buildings.
