Functions:
The Discipline Committee shall have the following powers and functions as laid in Section 10 of the First Ordinances, 2018 of the MBB University:
- To frame some rules of discipline and disciplinary jurisdiction in the form of a declaration, which has to be signed by every student at the time of admission.
- To consider the matters of the students related to misconduct in a Class/Office/Library/Auditorium/Examination Centre or misbehavior towards a teacher or any employee of the University.
- To review from time to time the overall situation regarding discipline in the University.
- To consider the actions taken by the Proctor/Hostel Wardens, the committee may confirm or modify the decisions.
