All manuscripts submitted for publication to this Journal should go through a blind review process, which includes:

1. The process begins immediately after submission of the manuscript. First the Editor will examine the suitability of publication of the manuscript for this journal. The paper may be rejected at this stage due to non suitability of the paper without undergoing the actual peer review process.
2. If the paper is accepted after initial review by the Editor, the article shall be forwarded for review to one of the member of Editorial Board.
3. The blind review process is followed through online process where the reviewers are requested to respond within a maximum of 21 days after submission of the paper for review.
4. After receiving the recommendations from the reviewers the Editor shall take a final decision whether to accept the paper, accept the paper with minor/major revisions or reject the paper for publication.
5. ln case major changes are recommended by the reviewer in the report, the authors may also be invited to resubmit the paper within two/three months. The resubmitted paper must be accompanied by a separate document recoding the recommended changes suggested by the reviewers identifying how the recommendations have been addressed. One of the initial reviewers will be invited to review the resubmitted paper and make recommendation, if any, on it.
6. The final decision for acceptance of the paper is made by the Editor.
7. All the Manuscripts submitted for publication to this Journal shall be scrutinised and will be taken plagiarism report following Urkund software as approved the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India or any other approved plagiarism software.
8. For January issue Articles shall have to be submitted within 30th September and for July issue within 30th March. If not submitted within this stipulated time, the article will be considered for next issue.
